The RCREC met in conjunction with the SRA RCR Special Interest Group. The meeting included updates on the status of the RCREC, proposals and planning of a variety of specific RCREC activities, and the chance to meet with others interested in promoting RCR education. The SRA meeting, Oct. 23-27, 2004, included an RCR Expo sponsored by the Office of Research Integrity.

INTERIM MEETING ~ Association for Practical and Professional Ethics (APPE), Cincinnati, OH

The APPE meeting was held from February 26-29, 2004. In addition to some current members of the RCREC, several people interested in RCREC and its goals attended the meeting. The meeting was used as an opportunity to announce current and planned RCREC activities.
